Prof. Daniel K. Bediako: Vice-Chancellor

Congratulations, class of 2020! You were supposed to graduate in July, but Covid-19 did not make this possible. Again, because of the pandemic, we have had to confer your degrees on you via the internet. How I wish we could rejoice with you, your family, and friends on our beautiful campuses! Covid-19 notwithstanding, graduation is here. You have made it. The pressure may have taken its own toll—physically, emotionally, or financially. But you persevered. With determination, you marched steadily toward the goal. You have every reason to be proud of yourself for achieving this significant milestone in life. It is time for celebration, and we are glad to celebrate with you.

CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO 2020 GRADUATION CLASS

Ps. Odomse Akuoko-Nyantakyi

Congratulations! Congratulations on your Graduation!
Graduation is a milestone worth celebrating in the academic journey. Indeed, it has been a journey through rugged paths, over rocks and precipice across mountains and valleys. Sometimes, the struggle involved groping through the dark or wading through the flood. Even before making it finally to the bank of the river, it was a battle with the dreadful COVID-19 pandemic to obtain the crown. You deserve the crown as you have endured the cross. Through it all, you own it to God, who has provided, protected, sustained and crowned your efforts with success.

Motivational Speech by the Class Sponsor

Every journey, either short or long begins with a step. Today, the journey you started at Valley View University some years ago has come to an end, and you stand tall as champions who have won the academic battle. This academic battle has been won on the field of self-sacrifice, hard work and above all self denial of so many things. I am aware how some of you woke up as early as 3.0 AM to work on campus as 'work study' students in order to pay your fees. However,  today, you stand tall as champions who have fought the good fight amidst all the challenges including COVID19 pandemic. Congratulations!
